The mask was plastic breast all the way around the head with a clip to fasten. This product is priced spring days with little metal spikes. In the first case, the metal tip broke and had to make a knot in it. The elastic makes it very tight against the head, especially if you have a big head like me. It's something that can be avoided, but a little uncomfortable. Besides the strap around the head, it works very well. It stays cold for a while. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.
